Finger Lakes

We began our receptive coverage here in 2011, with the same passion and attention to detail that we are renowned for.

This spectacular region of New York State is a 9,000 square mile area set against a backdrop of Mother Nature at its best, including waterfalls and gorges, rolling hills, 11 glacial lakes and one Great Lake. Each lake is connected by rivers that lead into Lake Ontario. The Erie Canal runs through the Finger Lakes to the north.

Culture, history, and fine dining all combine to make this region so very appealing for the motorcoach traveler. From the JELL-O Museum to the Eastman Museum (Kodak) and the National Soaring Museum, not to mention the Women’s Rights National Historic Park and, of course, the Wine Trail, there is truly something for everyone in the Finger Lakes. Lake Placid

This small village in the heart of the Adirondacks has a population of just under 3,000 year-round residents. The village itself is fun to explore as is the surrounding spectacular region, brought to life by our wonderful local guide. Explore one of the largest ice arena complexes in the world, featuring four indoor ice rinks at the Olympic Center. Visit the 1932 Olympic Arena as well as the 1980 Arena, the site of the US Ice Hockey Team’s historic victory over the Soviet Union. Capture the excitement of the 1932 and 1980 Olympic Winter Games at the Winter Olympic Museum. Visit the Olympic Jumping Complex where ski jumping and freestyle training and competitions happen year-round. Ride the chairlift and elevator to the sky deck atop the 26-story, 120m jump tower for a ski jumper’s view of the jump ramp and the spectacular views of the surrounding High Peaks.
